Service API guide

Use the intake form for supplier reviews, document corrections and project enquiries. POST /api/requests also accepts JSON with a subject, email and details and returns HTTP 202 with a receipt. Supporting documents are accepted by the upload form.

Assigned team members use the submission inbox to review requests, add notes and record whether more information is needed.
